1. Who we are

Maksym Chystiukhin ("we", "us", "our") is a creative/technology studio. We act as a Data Controller for personal data we collect via this website and our contact channels. If we process data on behalf of a client, we act as a Data Processor according to that client’s instructions.

Recruitment sites: candidate info when you apply via integrated platforms.

Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or the age defined by your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child provided data, contact us to delete it.
